This restaurant/bar is located deep in the cellar of the Montvale Hotel. The setting resembles European coffee houses and underground Viennese wine bars. The design incorporates the building's natural features, including brick barrel vaulted ceilings under the sidewalk, with exposed rock and aged red brick. The tall ceilings features large oak rafters. Cool temperatures in the summer and a warm fireplace in the winter adds to the atmosphere.
