Service: They lost my reservation, had to make a new one. Waiter not attentive enough. Had to talk to him about checking on us. Water and drinks were not refilled in a timely manner. Several times we had to flag another waiter to bring us refills and other items. Valet was not timely. Had to wait almost 10 minutes outside in 40 degree temps, while the rest of the family was seated. Hostess did not escort me to my table. She told me and pointed "they're over there" when I walked in.

Ambiance: Great ambiance for eating steak. Food is prepared and cooked in front of you in a open hickory grill. The decor takes you back to the old west. Dress is very casual. You would not feel out of place in jeans and a cowboy hat. Don't forget your spurs!!

Food: Very dissappointing considering the price. Steaks are in the $18 to $34 dollar range. Sister had medallions that had fat on them. She hates grissle!! Wife's ribeye steak was tough, although she ordered it medium. Prime Rib was excellent. Before we were ready to order, he announced that they were out of the smoked sirloin. Waiter said they order about 60lbs for Saturday's and run out of them all the time by 7:00 pm. I told him, "Don't you think you should start stocking some more meat?" He just laughed.

dont go!!! Jan 7th, 2004
I wouldnt go here again if someone paid me to. The service was decent, and the atmosphere was cool, but the steaks are extremely overpriced, and to top it off- my car was broken into in the valet parking lot! Of course H3 is denying any responsibility... When I drove by the next day, the gates to the lot were wide open at 2 in the afternoon! Anyone could have gone in and ripped off someone else.
