The best thing about Doc's is the pizza. They serve one of the best restaurant pies in the area, certainly the best in Shadyside. The service is competent, sometimes friendly depending on the waitress. The bartenders are generally rude. The downside is that it is very smoky. Also, it tends to turn into a "pick-up" place let. If you are into the meat market scene and you like pizza, Doc's is the place for you. |
