Live up the street and have eaten there at least 20 times and have tried most every sushi place around and this is the best. Service can be a little slow but never a huge problem. |

Great food, and great service. Always fresh, hot, and delicious. Everything is perfect, and not just your typical take-out. The restaurant is great too. |

Best sushi in 5 county area - sushi is always fresh and large portions with little rice, service is excellent - servers recognize you if you return and bring your drinks without asking !! |

We started eating at Sampan in late
summer 2003. The food is very good,
and the frequent line of people getting take out confirms that this is a well liked place for good Chinese food. We like the sushi too. We have eaten inside a few times and have found the service to be quite good. They have been very accomodating with our requests.

Sampan Inn clearly has the best Chinese food in Greater Philadelphia. Unfortunately, the service is horrible, the waiters are often rude, and the manager is worse. The service used to be excellent, but over the years it's gone way downhill. At this point, if I'm desparate for their food, I order take out and have a friend pick it up. |
