I have been to the Firehouse several times. Yesterday I went to celebrate a birthday, My husband ordered a steak and so did I (the special)$3.99 Hubby ordered the more expensive steak, which he was happy with. Mine was undercooked so I was going to send it back, in that time my son showed me his chicken strip...completely raw. I was upset and called the waitress over to tell her about it. I told her to take away mine, after seeing my sons raw chicken (which was half eaten by the time he noticed it) I had lost my appetite. The manager never came over to apologize so finally when I flagged the waitress down (she didn't come back to our table)I asked for our check and to see the manager. I told him I couldn't believe he had never stopped by our table to see what the problem was. (They were not that busy)
I told him I couldnt believe he was charging me for my meal as I had not eaten it. He did take it off our bill but never apologized or tried to make it right with us. We paid for our drinks and my husbands steak. I will never go back there again. |
