Great Beer but Questionable Service	Oct 16th, 2005
As a "regular" I have come to know this establishment very well. The beer is without equal thanks to the tireless talents of their brewmaster. Unfortunately, tertiary issues almost spoil the entire experience. The kitchen staff is very inattentive and you will find yourself sending even the most simple order (a salad) back for overlooked ingredients. The waitstaff can be quite aloof and have been known to reward bad tips by ignoring the customer the next time they are in the restaurant. It's really a shame because it is one of the few brewpubs in the metro Chicago area

Terrible Service	Oct 1st, 2005
Great craft brewing is buried beneath an inattentive staff. Be prepared to wait at least 20 minutes for a server. When your food finally arrives you more than likely will be required to send it back.
